Pelez et \u00e9crasez la gousse d\u2019ail.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Mettez le lait \u00e0 chauffer dans une grande casserole. Salez, poivrez et ajoutez l\u2019ail press\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Jetez les tranches dans le lait bouillant et laissez cuire \u00e0 feu moyen en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour que \u00e7a n\u2019attache pas, pendant une dizaine de minutes environ, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient tendres, mais sans s\u2019\u00e9craser.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Egoutter les l\u00e9gumes et faire r\u00e9duire le lait de cuisson. D\u00e9poser les l\u00e9gumes dans un plat \u00e0 gratin, en couches superpos\u00e9es. Couvrir avec le lait.
