La cuisson continuera dans le four\u00a0!<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Eplucher les pommes de terre, les couper en rondelles et les faire cuire \u00e0 grande eau,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Beurrer le fond de votre plat \u00e0 gratin et disposer des couches de pommes de terre et de panais,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Saler, poivrer, ailetr. Vous pouvez ajouter un peu de noix de muscade. Arroser de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Mettre la chapelure.
