Ep\u00e9pinez-les au vide-pomme.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Beurrez un plat \u00e0 gratin. D\u00e9posez-y les tranches de brioche. Posez un coing sur chacune.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Versez une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de confiture d\u2019abricots dans la cavit\u00e9 de chaque coing. Ajoutez 20g de beurre par fruit, en l\u2019enfon\u00e7ant au maximum dans la cavit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Saupoudrez les coings de sucre. Faites cuire 10 minutes au four.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Arrosez chaque coing avec 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de nectar d\u2019abricot. Poursuivez la cuisson 25 \u00e0 30 minutes.
